Happiness. If only it were so easy for us humans. Mateo, an Australian shepherd, loves nothing more than chasing sticks, although swimming comes in a close second.

The day was overcast, dark, and threatening rain. Although the clouds seemed to allow more light to pass for this exposure, much of the day called for 3200 ASA; that doesn't seem necessary in this photo. Still, there's very little noise given the sensativity. The high speed froze the water falling away from the dog's face perfectly.
