White Horse Falls is a small, remote campground in Oregon's Umpqua Natinoal Forest. The state's Central Cascades are lush and barely inhabited. As far as I can tell, this campground is 20 to 30 miles from the nearest outpost of civilization, which explains the solitary nature.
